JournalHow a property knowledge graph makes an AI agent answerable
Studio · how we work

We adapt the system to the client. Never the reverse.

No package sold to thirty businesses a week. A diagnosis, a plan, and systems built for the way you already sell.

1 / 3

Diagnose

A fixed-price look at where leads, bookings and hours leak. You keep the report, whatever you decide next.

2 / 3

Build

Fixed-price sprints, one system at a time. Scope agreed upfront. No hourly meter running in the background.

3 / 3

Run and grow

Monthly care: monitoring, security, content, improvements. You stay because it works, not because you're locked in.

One night in Phuket, with your systems running

You sleep. Nothing waits.

  1. A buyer in Paris asks about a Bang Tao villa on WhatsApp.
  2. Answered in French in 8 seconds. Two visit slots offered.
  3. Qualified: budget, timing, leasehold. Visit booked for Saturday 10:00.
  4. A family in Shanghai asks about schools nearby. Answered in Chinese, with sources.
  5. Owner reports compiled from last week's bookings.
  6. Morning brief to your team: 2 hot leads, 1 visit booked, 0 waiting.

Illustrative scenario built from the systems we install. Your night will have different names.

Principles

Nine things we won't negotiate.

01

You own it

Code, data, accounts and keys are in your name. We get delegated access you can revoke in one click. We never ask for a password.

02

Your data, your choice of where it lives

Cloud when it makes sense, your own server when data must stay with you. We write down what each system collects, how long it keeps it, and who can see it, before it goes live.

03

Fixed prices

The diagnosis has a price. Each build sprint has a price. Monthly care has a price. You never pay for our learning curve by the hour.

04

Secure before clever

Email authentication, backups we have restored, updates, monitoring. The boring parts first, because they are the ones that hurt.

05

A human decides

Systems draft, sort, score and remind. People approve what is published and what is promised.

06

The right model for each job

We work with Anthropic's Claude every day to research, write, code and review. In your systems, sensitive files go to open-source models on your own hardware; a cloud model is used only for tasks you approve, and we tell you which one.

07

Every number has a date

On this site, in our reports, in what we build for you. A figure without its measurement date is an opinion with a font.

08

We publish the method

How we measure AI visibility, how we score, what broke. If it can't be explained, it doesn't ship.

09

Thailand, in person

Phuket and Bangkok. Filming, mapping and meeting on site, in English, French and Thai.

The first step costs a conversation.
